Yes, you can complete the entire Fortify loan process online, including signing your loan. We aim to make the application and loan signing process convenient and efficient. Here's what you need to know:
Electronic signing consent
The Fortify loan packet, including your Promissory Note and any related documents, are legally binding. As part of the application process, you verify your email, which helps to establish that it’s really you signing the documents. When signing your documents, you also consent to use electronic records and signatures in your transactions with Fortify. This consent ensures that all parties agree to the terms and conditions of using electronic means for signing and storing documents. It's important to remember that electronic signatures are legally binding, and are recognized by law in most jurisdictions.
Benefits of signing electronically
It’s a hassle to print out documents and sign them with pen and paper. Electronic signing allows you to complete the loan process from the comfort of your home or any location with internet access. There is no need to visit a physical office or mail in paperwork.
If you don’t have regular access to an electronic computer or internet connection, options are available. Please call Fortify support at the number listed on our website and we’ll be happy to help assist you as best we can.
