Making payments
If you take out a loan or payment plan through Fortify's platform, you'll generally make payments through a servicer - a company that's responsible for collecting payments in a regulated and compliant way. If your payment plan is serviced by Fortify directly, you'll make payments right from your Fortify portal.
Fortify currently works with two servicers - ZuntaFi and Ion Tuition. We trust our servicers to manage tasks like billing, processing payments, and handling inquiries related to your loan account.

ZuntaFi is a nationally recognized servicing platform, that helps track your balances, accept payments, and handle other aspects of your financing plan. If your plan is serviced by ZuntaFi, you will make payments through ZuntaFi's website.

When do I get my login information for my servicer?
You will get login information for your servicing portal a couple of days after your repayment period starts. Remember, your repayment period starts once you have signed your financing agreement and started your program.
