If you take out a simple payment plan through Fortify's platform, you'll make payments directly through Fortify, and funds will be sent directly to your school.
Making payments on loans
If you take out a loan through Fortify's platform, you'll make payments through a servicer - a company that's responsible for collecting payments on loans in a regulated and compliant way.
